Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

At The Perfume Hunt, we guarantee a full money back refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • The goods must be in the same condition in which you have received them
  • The goods must be unopened and unused/unsprayed
  • The goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • A 20% re-stock fee applies to opened and used returns.
  • Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. The decision to offer a change of mind refund will be made at our absolute discretion.

    If you find a product to be defective once opened you will be provided with a full refund/exchange upon inspection. All defective items must be returned within 14 days, after which they will not be accepted.

    Please note: You must contact The Perfume Hunt via the email address above and receive approval and a return form before you send anything to us.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@theperfumehunt.com and someone from our team will be in touch.

    For change of mind returns – You will be responsible for paying for your own 2-way shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
